SPOTLIGHT ON
APPROACH
In today's society, discriminatory work structures often lead to exclusionary narratives that use marginalisation and lack of resources to dehumanise and shut entire communities out of the social fabric. Our approach is therefore based on the belief that we need more physical and digital spaces to connect with each other.
Systemic Diversity Approach
Not only our bodies, but also our being is hindered by existing structures. It is a core element of our approach to make all projects and events on-site and digital as inclusive as possible through concrete measures.
Breaking down barriers
Our concepts and ways of working are created in collaboration with artists who are affected by discrimination and disabilities. We collect funding and knowledge to make self-expression accessible and create new bridges within and beyond the community.

GOALS
1) Create more physical and digital spaces that are inclusive and accessible to increase visibility, network, and build bridges within and outside artists community.
2) Provide assistance in project management and offer resources for mental health support
3) Implement projects that counteract structural and institutional discrimination and advocate for intersectional support structures for marginalized groups, especially in the fields of film, music, art and media.
4) Prioritize a systemic diversification approach that promotes equal opportunities and inclusion for all.
